Community Cable & Broadband customers will become Vyve customers as of September 1st, and are excited to be your new Internet, TV and Phone service provider. We’re new to the neighborhood, and we’ll be bringing you a whole new communications experience!
Our team is hard at work preparing upgrades and enhancements to the infrastructure of the existing network and your services. We’re thrilled to announce that we’re upgrading to a blazing-fast fiber powered network, bringing you Internet speeds up to Vyve Gig.
Here are a few things to note:
- New Bill Process Date: Your bill will arrive approximately 10-14 days later than your previous bill.
- New Bill Due Date: Your new due date will be the 20th of each month, instead of the first of each month. This gives you more time to pay.
- New Package Names and Rates: We have updated package names and rates to reflect our packaging and pricing.
- New Account Number: You will be assigned a new account number. This change is part of our efforts to streamline and improve our services. You will see the account number on your new bill that is arriving mid November.
- New Payment Address: The payment address for Vyve Broadband will be printed on your bill statement. Your payments should be mailed here:
