Jeff Wise

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – JEFF WISE. Jeff is a Broadband Professional in the Northwest region. He is known to go above and beyond to get the job done, no matter the task. He is hands on until a task is resolved. He takes the initiative to solve problems, and he is dedicated in keeping our Vyve communities connected. His thoughtful efforts are recognized and appreciated by all. A co-worker shared this about him, “We needed a tech to jump into managing our construction projects, and Jeff picked this work up with limited direction and has been doing an amazing job! Jeff truly cares about his co-workers and his customers.” Outside of work, Jeff enjoys fishing and spending time with his fiancé, Melissa. Jeff’s dedication to our customers and his team is evident. Nicole Clark

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – NICOLE CLARK. Nicole is a Customer Experience Specialist, Tier 2, in Corsicana, TX. She is known to go above and beyond to provide Vyve customers with the best customer experience. Her dedication to our customers is evident to all. A co-worker shared this about her, “Nicole is an amazing member of my team. She comes in every day and works to resolve customer challenges. If I have a special project/customer, I never hesitate to ask Nicole for her help. She will go above and beyond to find a resolution for the customer. She helps her fellow teammates with issues and answers their questions.” Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling, running races, and tinkering with electronics. She is a certified personal trainer and enjoys helping people. Team Alabama

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – TEAM ALABAMA. On Monday, February 26th, at 2:30 am, a devastating fire destroyed our Aliceville headend. The headend is the heart of our network in Alabama and ensures the seamless transmission of information to our customers. It’s the home of our main operation, symbolizing our community connected. Right away, our Vyve family throughout the Southeast traveled to Alabama to assist. Despite many challenges, using their ingenuity and determination, this team began restoring service to customers within 55 hours. We are incredibly proud of this team!

Amanda Payne

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – AMANDA PAYNE. Amanda is a Commercial Outbound Retention Representative in Shawnee, OK. She is known to go above and beyond for our customers and is an extraordinary employee. She is a true team player. She is very hardworking and will assist with any issue presented until resolved. A coworker shared this about her, “Amanda is the perfect example of what Vyve represents. She lives and works with the zero excuses and 100% accountability.” Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, 17-year-old son and her cat. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – SHANE LARSON. Shane is a Broadband Expert in Central City, NE. He is known to be a true leader who leads by example. He has played a major role in maintaining our systems, as well as cultivating the positive culture within the maintenance team. He has a customer-first mindset and an always positive attitude. Alma Zarate

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – ALMA ZARATE. Alma is a Customer Experience Associate in Moses Lake, WA. Her friendly smile and positive demeanor win over the local customers. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customers have the services which best suit their household. She is committed to making sure everyone has a great experience with Vyve. A co-worker shared this about her, “Alma has been instrumental in gaining and retaining customers. She welcomes everyone into our retail location with a smile on her face ready to answer any questions they may have. She gives them the best customer service experience.” Outside of work, Alma enjoys spending time with her daughter who is away at college. She enjoys making memories with family, loved ones and her pets. Darrell Brown

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – DARRELL BROWN. Darrell is a Broadband Associate in Oakhurst, CA. Darrell consistently performs outstanding work. His ‘can-do’ attitude in everything he does is complimented by his infectious smile. He is a genuinely happy person, which translates directly to his work. He pays attention to detail and the quality of his work always stands out. He leaves each job cleaner than when he arrived. A co-worker shared this about him, “Darrell comes to work every day with a smile and is ready to work. He goes above and beyond to help where needed, and he always answers my call, day or night, and will work all hours if needed. He works well with everyone and has a very positive attitude. He is a sponge and learns things quickly. He will be training for his BTS in a couple of weeks, and I have confidence he will do well. Just recently, I had a customer call to tell me what a fantastic job he did, even though it was pouring rain he did what it took to help them. Kevin Stasis

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – KEVIN STASIS. Kevin is a Customer Experience Specialist in the Northwest region. He consistently goes above and beyond to help his co-workers. He will research to find answers or will be on the phone gathering information until all questions have been answered. He is known as one of our biggest team players in retail. A co-worker shared this about him, “from day 1, Kevin was all in to help the people in Burlington. He has led the way for ACP and DTV sales across our company and is always willing to help not only our teammates, but CSR’s, call center agents, and managers with any questions we have. Kevin was also named our NW retail employee of the year!” Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and working on fixing up his home he bought two years ago. Tasha Payne

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – TASHA PAYNE. Tasha is the Director of Purchasing and Logistics. She is a vital part of Vyve’s day to day operation. She executes and conquers the challenges involved with purchasing and logistics. A co-worker shared this about her, “Tasha is the most positive person I know. She is resourceful and extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and hardworking. She is always looking for new ways to make Vyve more efficient and cost effective. I appreciate her honesty and willingness to help. She makes it look easy when I know her plate is FULL! Tasha is a genuine person and a great leader who cares deeply for the team.” Outside of work, Tasha enjoys spending time with her wife and son. She loves new adventures whether it be vacations to new places or just loading up and going to the mountains to ride atv’s. Her hobbies include going to the lake, camping, hunting, and working around the house. She enjoys anything outside. Tasha’s passion for her co-workers and customers are evident. Jakeb Barfield

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – JAKEB BARFIELD. Jakeb is a Commercial Technician II. He is known to go above and beyond for Vyve customers. He prepares equipment and programs it to fit the customer’s needs, even though the task can take several hours. A co-worker shared this about him, “Jakeb goes above and beyond for our technicians! He goes as far as creating instructions and documents to share with techs to show topologies for head end work as well as how to install various commercial gear to ensure that each install is setup and done successfully the first time. Jakeb tackles every challenge head on until he gets a greater understanding of the challenge, asking questions, then creates help sheets to distribute to his team members so the whole team can be successful. Jakeb embodies the Vyve work ethic and his positive attitude daily.” Outside of work, Jakeb enjoys spending time with family, his lovely wife of nearly 14 years, Jeannie and their boys, two teenagers and a 9-year-old. Deena Madden

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – DEENA MADDEN. Deena is a Dispatch Specialist in our Midsouth region. She is known to go above and beyond to help her team members succeed. She is always the first to volunteer to keep her team on schedule. Her friendliness and upbeat personality never goes unnoticed. Her drive and passion shine through in her role with Vyve. The technicians and co-workers are very grateful for Deena. A co-worker shared this about her, “Deena’s upbeat personality and general helpfulness is a credit to Dispatch. Be it with a technician or another dispatcher, she is always willing to help cheerfully. We are so lucky to have her on the team!” Outside of work, Deena spends her free time with her 3-year-old. She also loves spending time with her family, fishing, camping and going to the movies. Iliana Cazares

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – ILIANA CAZARES. Iliana is a Customer Experience Trainer for Vyve’s Contact Center. She is known to go above and beyond to provide exceptional training to our new employees. Her knowledge, thoroughness and extraordinary customer care is retained and executed successfully. Her training team explained they had no idea how well trained they were until they began taking customer calls and knew exactly how to handle each call with ease. A co-worker shared this about her, “Iliana’s infectious positivity is not only a ray of sunshine for our team but also a driving force behind a vibrant and motivated work atmosphere. Whether it’s navigating challenges with a smile or simply spreading joy with her can-do attitude, Iliana consistently goes the extra mile to make our workplace a better and brighter space. She has consistently demonstrated a commendable level of dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work. Her upbeat attitude not only uplifts the team spirit but also contributes positively to the work environment.” Outside of work, Iliana enjoys spending time with her 6-year-old son and her husband of 10 years, traveling to new places, and trying new restaurants. She also serves as the Chair of the Parent Advisory Committee for the Navarro County Early Childhood Coalition. Her hobbies include doing her nails, craft making and going to the gym. Corey Bailey

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – COREY BAILEY. Corey is a Commercial Technician. He is known for his dedication and passion to his co-workers and Vyve customers. He supports and mentors his peers by discussing the necessary steps taken as they work together. He also conducts FaceTime calls while technicians are on site. His focus is for each customer’s visit to be the best experience, from being on time for the appointment to the customer being 100% satisfied with their services. A co-worker shared this about him, “Corey is one of the most dedicated and driven people I’ve witnessed in a long time! He’s always willing to go the extra mile, always asking questions to learn, and then shares his findings and mentors his team and boundary teams to help them grow and learn daily. The Vyve 100/0 is in his blood. He often stays late to help a tech with a commercial install to get the customer taken care of, jumps in his truck, and drives hours away to keep an install from rescheduling. He’s always asking for feedback on how we can improve to get better each time. He has a great attitude and personality which makes him fun to be around at any time!” Outside work, he enjoys his family, bass fishing, playing video games, and working on old-school trucks, Chevy C10s. Markus Hilger

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – MARKUS HILGER. Markus is a Customer Experience Manager in the Northwest region. Markus is known to go above and beyond to help his team. He is said to be the foundation of the Northwest team. He manages several offices and contacts each of them daily with updates to ensure they all succeed. He spreads positivity, encouragement, and motivation to all his co-workers. His genuine kindness and care for our customers set the ideal customer experience. A co-worker shared this about him, “Markus is a great leader for his team in the NW South region. He manages 12 retail offices, with 17 staff members. Markus is a ‘leads by example’ type of manager. He never asks his staff to do something, he wouldn’t do. He volunteers at most marketing events within his region. Markus always has a smile on his face and stays focused on the company goals with a 100/0 attitude.” Outside of work, Markus enjoys traveling around and spending time with his family which includes his wife Wendy, their 2 yr. old boy Hadley, and their newborn boy, Wyndham. Brandon Scott

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – BRANDON SCOTT. Brandon is a Technical Operations Manager in the Southeast region. His team nominated him because of his hard-work and dedication. They admire his knowledge, experience, and willingness to assist and educate. His expertise is valued, from installations to headend work, his team knows they can count on Brandon, and he is always willing to lend a helping hand. His positive attitude is a reflection in providing the best customer experience. Teresa Hilton

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – TERESA HILTON. Teresa is an Inventory Control Specialist. She is known to go above and beyond in supporting her local team and managing the workflow. Her multi-tasking and organizational skills are what keep tasks flowing smoothly and on time. She has only been with Vyve for a little over a year and has successfully taken the lead in reorganizing the warehouse. A co-worker shared this about her, “Teresa has become a vital asset to the team in Decatur and to the Vyve family. She is the first to volunteer for everything we do with the cities we are in. She maintains our warehouse in Decatur and travels to Ballinger, Texas, every week to make sure the technicians have what they need. She always has a positive attitude, and she makes working around her a pleasant experience. She has quickly become my right-hand person, taking on more and more responsibility to make sure we all maintain the 100/0 attitude.” Outside of work, Teresa loves spending time with her wife, Stacy, and her 6 great nieces and 1 great nephew and 1 niece. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – MACY SNIDER. Macy is a Customer Experience Representative in Vyve’s Call Center. She is known to go above and beyond for our customers by providing exceptional care. Her knowledge, professionalism, and sincere efforts are admired by her co-workers. One customer was so impressed by Macy’s devotion and work ethic, she joined the Vyve team with the goal of providing the same level of care. Jeff Wise

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – JEFF WISE. Jeff is a Broadband Professional in the Northwest region. He is known for his passion in providing the best service to Vyve customers. Recently on a service call in a customer’s home, Jeff demonstrated quick thinking and used his first aid training. The customer appeared fine when Jeff arrived, but not long after, the customer was having a seizure and required medical assistance. Jeff immediately called 911 and stayed with the customer to keep him calm until the paramedics arrived. Jeff stayed until the customer left with paramedics and he locked up the home. Grateful for Jeff’s instant reaction and knowledge in being there at the right time may have saved the customer’s life. A co-worker shared this about him, “Jeff is the ultimate team player! Every day Jeff is active on the Moses Lake Teams chat and on the phone helping teammates with support and advice. Recently, Jeff spent 3 weeks in Mt Shasta (600 miles from home) helping Curt Condit and team get caught up. Jeff has a teamwork mentality, and it shows in all he does!” Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Melissa, their dog (Toby), and three kitties (Seven, Dippy, and Lil G). He also enjoys fishing, playing guitar, singing, and an evening of Karaoke. He loves playing cards and board games with friends, and he especially loves a good, harmless practical joke. Jeff’s passion for customer service is evident. Gabby Collins

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – GABBY COLLINS. Gabby is a Customer Experience Representative in the Midsouth region. She started with Vyve just a few short months ago, in a one-person office. After her training, she began running that part time retail office seamlessly and successfully! She is quick to learn and eager to utilize the quick resources available to figure out policies and procedures to get the job done. She handles all Vyve customers with calmness and grace. A co-worker shared this about her, “Gabby is a great team member, which is not always easy in a one-person office. She has an amazing ability to keep customers happy and help them with their concerns. Her performance in sales and retention makes it feel like she has been in her position for years. We are so thankful to have her on the team!” Outside of work, Gabby really has a passion for helping others in any way that she can. She enjoys spending time with her 3 children, reading, and just enjoying the gift of life! Gabby loves God, family, and everyone! Gabby’s dedication, commitment, and wholehearted passion is evident. Ed Arnold

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – ED ARNOLD. Ed is a Technical Operations Manager in the Midsouth region. He is known to always go above and beyond for Vyve customers and the community. Recently, he was named a hero for his actions. On a busy Friday morning in Westlake, LA, a car accident occurred in front of the Vyve retail office. Ed was already outside when the accident happened, and he reacted immediately. Within seconds, he was headed to the accident sight with his safety vest, an orange cone, and a ‘Slow/Stop’ sign. His rapid response resulted in a State Trooper arriving on the scene moments later. Ed not only helped direct traffic, but he also helped to make sure the people involved were okay and he helped move the vehicles out of the way of traffic. Everyone was grateful to Ed that day; we are proud to have Ed on the Vyve team. A co-worker said this about him, “Ed is a great man and has always shown a genuine interest in his team and his community. He has consistently put others in front of himself, empathizes with those in need, and is the first to volunteer or to offer his time or resources to help his fellow man. As many were thankful for his assistance that day, we are thankful for all he does for our team! Appreciate all that you do!” Outside of work, Ed enjoys spending quality time with his wife, hunting, and fishing with his son, and working in his wood shop. Ed’s passion for his communities and customers is evident. Daranise Blanford

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – DARANISE BLANFORD. Daranise is a Customer Experience Representative. She is known to go above and beyond to assist Vyve customers and teammates. She is a team player who demonstrates a positive attitude with grace and a wholehearted smile. She is always willing to give 110% and is the first to offer overtime or help wherever is needed. A co-worker had this to say about her, “It is an honor to recognize Daranise for her outstanding contributions. Her dedication to serving our customers is commendable, and she has proven to be an invaluable member of our team. Daranise consistently exceeds customer expectations with her exceptional customer service and is known for her collaborative approach, making her a great team player. She is receptive to feedback and willingly implements changes when necessary to optimize our customer service. It has been inspiring to watch her develop into the exceptional agent that she is today.” Outside of work, Daranise enjoys going to the gym 5 days a week and taking care of her health. Monique Urban

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – MONIQUE URBAN. Monique is a Dispatch Specialist for Vyve. She is known to go above and beyond for her customers and co-workers. She is known for her patience, friendliness, and genuine demeanor. A co-worker shared this about her, “Monique is diligent and thorough. She is a great friend and coworker, always going out of her way to help. Andy Reid

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – ANDY REID. Andy is a Broadband Professional in the Northwest region. He is very knowledgeable in his role and is exceptionally resourceful to his team. He jumps in to assist wherever he is needed to ensure our customers have the best experience and his team is successful. He’s completed commercial installs and spliced fiber and does whatever he can to get the job done. Andy goes above and beyond with every new install and service call, and ours customers consistently praise him for it. He is an outstanding team player. A team member shared this about him, “Andy is a great coworker. He prioritizes customer satisfaction, as well as helping other technicians succeed. As the lead commercial technician for the East Kansas Region, his knowledge of the equipment, services, fiber and provisioning of services is an invaluable asset to everyone. Dana Gilchrist

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – DANA GILCHRIST.  She is our Dispatch Expert for the Southeast region. She is known to go above and beyond to care for the needs of her department and team members. She works closely with multiple departments building bridges and helping take care of our customers. She is an integral part of the Vyve Dispatch team. A co-worker shared this about her, “Dana is vital to the working flow in Dispatch. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – MARCUS WHITE. Marcus is a Broadband Professional in our Midsouth region. He is the go-to person for all things fiber. His focus is to provide the best possible customer experience. He takes the initiative in helping his co-workers to solve problems, and he is dedicated in keeping our Vyve communities connected. His dedication and hard-work are evident to all. A co-worker shared this about him, “Marcus will go the extra mile to make sure our customers are taken care of. He will see an email and come in before he is asked to and will already be working on it. He always calls his co-workers to see if they need help with anything before he leaves for the day. Roderick Polk

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – RODERICK POLK. Roderick is Vyve’s Customer Experience Supervisor. He consistently demonstrates exceptional work ethic and complete dedication to supporting his team and our customers. Here is what his co-workers have said about working with him, “Working alongside Roderick brings his team, his peers, and leaders great joy. Roderick demonstrates the 100/0 Attitude. He has been a very loyal employee for over 9 years. He has a million-dollar smile, and his laugh is contagious and puts everyone in a great mood! Roderick never has an issue with covering shifts and being flexible based on the needs of our business. He also stays focused on the 2023 company goal and when he has an idea of how we can achieve that goal, he will bubble up his ideas. He is a team player through and through. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – DAN STAACK. Dan is the Construction Director in the Northwest region. He is known as the glue for Vyve’s growth projects in the Northwest. He works tirelessly to increase our internet speeds in growing areas by completing construction projects as quickly as possible. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – JOSH APSINWALL.  Josh is a Broadband Associate in Waycross, GA. He is a tremendous asset to his team and to Vyve as a whole. He is dedicated to providing the best customer experience both in the field and at community events.  Recently, Josh arrived to install a new customer and their power was out. While he was waiting for power to be restored, he was hailed a HERO when the customer’s 1 year old child locked himself in their vehicle and Josh responded immediately. He assisted rescue personnel to free the child. Power was restored and he completed the install. The customer noted that he was ‘very quick and detailed’ which is the common feedback from customers regarding Josh’s service tickets. A co-worker shared this about him, “Although Josh has only been with Vyve for a little over 2 years, his quality of work and customer dedication is top notch. Josh’s attention to detail, and ensuring every job is the most important one of the day, is what generates positive feedback from our customers on a regular basis. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – EUGENE BILLER.  Eugene is our Northwest Technical Training Manager. He is known for his skillful training, motivation and positive attitude. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – STEVEN GREEN.  Steven is a Customer Experience Representative on our Residential Sales team. He is well respected by his peers and leaders for his ever-present positive attitude and contagious energy. He is always trying to find ways to grow within the company. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – ALTHEA MITTS. Althea is an Inventory Control Specialist in our Northwest region. She truly goes above and beyond to support the operations of Wyoming. Her local nickname is ‘Cable Momma.’ Althea is instrumental in managing and implementing critical projects in Wheatland and Douglas, WY. She recently helped in converting these two areas to all digital while maintaining her daily job responsibilities. She is also the first one to volunteer in helping with community events and representing Vyve. A co-worker shared this about her, “Althea operates the main warehouse in Wyoming and manages truly every aspect of the equipment for the team. Althea is always willing to step up to the plate to handle any work that is needed whether it is to assist with headend related projects or going to the field to assist techs with jobs. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – GARY RICHARDSON. Gary is a Broadband Professional in our Midsouth region and has been a fixture in East Arkansas for many years. He was a graduate of McGehee High School where he excelled at football. He was football teammates with Mayor Owyoung, the current long-time mayor of McGehee. Gary is known and respected by everyone in McGehee, Dumas, Lake Village and Dermott. He is incredibly diligent in his role at Vyve and is always there for his community, team and fellow employees. He is known to step in to help wherever he can and is remarkable at finding solutions to help improve our service. Gary will be retiring soon after many years of service, and he will be sorely missed. A co-worker said this about him, “his legacy of service and friendship at Vyve in Southeast Arkansas will live on for many years! There is never a dull moment working with Gary, he is an outstanding person to be around. He has so many “fish tales” to tell (and of course they’re all true).” Outside of work, Gary enjoys singing in the church choir spending time with family and friends. Melinda Harbin

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – MELINDA HARBIN. Melinda is Vyve’s Billing Support Systems Manager and is a vital part of the billing team. She has been with the company for 30 years. Melinda strives to help each employee in every department succeed. She consistently juggles multiple tasks behind the scenes to support the success our entire organization. He will arrive early, stay late and even work on a Saturday to make sure our customers are cared for every day. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – JOANNA WALKER. JoAnna is a Customer Experience Associate in our Westlake, LA retail office. JoAnna has a passion for her work and a heart for her community. She can put a smile on any face when she greets you. She spearheaded the back-to-school supply drive and went above and beyond to make it a success. She set the goal of $2,000 in donations. As a result of her efforts, Vyve was able to provide school supplies for hundreds of elementary school students in Westlake. She worked tirelessly, outside of her normal work day, to collect school supplies and money at multiple events. A co-worker shared this about her, “there is never a dull moment working with JoAnna. She is so full of energy and her energy permeates the office.” Outside of work, JoAnna enjoys volunteering at Abraham’s Tent Soup Kitchen as well as many other organizations in her community. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – ILIANA CAZARES.  Iliana joined our team in 2013 and is our Customer Experience Supervisor. She manages multiple lines of business for Vyve. Iliana has been instrumental in implementing programs to upgrade our call center and provide customers with the best possible experience. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – BILL SHIVER. Bill is a Commercial Sales Representative in the Midsouth region and is known for going above and beyond for his customers and team. His passion, dedication and positive demeanor are all reasons he continues to excel in his position. His kindness and generosity are evident to everyone he encounters. He enjoys sharing his knowledge by presenting in the new hire training classes, assisting with the team meetings, and spending individual time with new hires. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – TEENA MADDEN. Teena is Vyve’s Programming/Projects Coordinator. She is known for being an incredible teammate and conscientious co-worker to employees across the entire Vyve footprint. In her role, Teena manages all the satellite dish transitions. This involves the coordination of equipment and technicians, often with short deadlines. There are hundreds of moving pieces, and through all this complexity, she is always professional, positive and supportive. Technicians in the field report that she is always helpful, and they greatly appreciate all that she does for them.  A co-worker said this about Teena, “she can organize vast amounts of information and quickly respond to all programming questions. She’s worked hard with the operations team on projects so we can recapture bandwidth, and she’s made the transition process as smooth as possible. Eric Jones

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – ERIC JONES. Eric has worked in our Durant, OK team for 15 years and has held a large number of positions over his time at Vyve. He is well known in the community, and customers frequently request he visit their homes or businesses if they need maintenance performed. Eric leads and participates in many of Vyve’s community outreach initiatives to help us give back to the communities we service. These events include everything from golf tournaments, to Christmas parades, to Easter egg hunts. Additionally, Eric consistently steps up to help his coworkers, including filling in for the Technical Operations Manager when needed. A close co-worker shared this about Eric, “he is the most dedicated employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He goes above and beyond to expand his knowledge and experience in many different roles to further his career within the company and in volunteer opportunities within the community.”

Roderick Polk

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – RODERICK POLK. Roderick joined the team in 2014 and is our Call Center Supervisor. He is known for his strong leadership and being a true mentor to those on his team. Roderick is admired by many for his friendly personality and genuine demeanor. He is dedicated to ensuring our customers have a positive experience when they contact our call center. A co-worker shared this about him, “Roderick is a tried-and-true 100/0 Vyve advocate. Jarrod Mathews

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – JARROD MATHEWS. Jarrod is our Midsouth Construction Manager. He has been an incredibly dedicated employee since 2005 with a long list of accomplishments. He is always the first to respond to any type of emergency, whether the emergency is work related or in the community. He is known for his diligence at work as well helping out his neighbors. He also volunteers for rural fire and rescue in his community. He has been a major part of the Midsouth plant upgrades, traveling countless miles to cover all four states and ensure our upgrades are completed. He is also the leader of our underground construction crew. Recently, after a water pump failure in Stonewall, Oklahoma, citizens in the area had been without water for days. While working on a nearby Vyve system upgrade, Jarrod learned about the water shortage and immediately stepped in to help. Jarrod filled up our Vyve trucks with 168 cases of bottled water and delivered them to Stonewall citizens who could not come pick them up. This included elderly residents in the area who could not withstand the handout point. When commended for his kindness and action, Jarrod shared, “After I asked if we could help, I received a big hug and thank you for Vyve’s assistance. I’ve really enjoyed helping and letting folks know we are here and part of the community.” That is the true definition of 100/0 service to our customers and communities. Outside of work, Jarrod enjoys rebuilding antique tractors and vehicles as well as taking care of his small farm. He also enjoys attending antique farm equipment and engine shows with his family.  He is expecting his 4th child any day now! Keep up the great work, Jarrod! Diana Joyner

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – DIANA JOYNER. Diana has worked at our Vidalia office for over 37 years! She is Vyve’s Retail Sales Manager in the Southeast , and her unwavering dedication to our customers and communities is evident. She supports not only her retail staff, but also to the technical operations, commercial and marketing teams. She is the first to volunteer for local events in her region and goes above and beyond to help those around her. She is well known in her local community and appreciated by many for her positive attitude and dedication to helping others. One co-worker shared this about her, “Diana can make you smile on the toughest days. She is compassionate, and her sweet demeanor is contagious. Diana always keeps a positive outlook. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – RHONDA KELSAY. Rhonda is our Recruiter in the Human Resources Department.  She joined Vyve in 2014 and she quickly displayed her passion for customer service and remarkable leadership. She recently joined the HR Team and is focused on filling critical roles across Vyve’s service areas to ensure we can provide the best service possible to our customers. Her humble attitude and commitment to Vyve is evident to all. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – KELSEY RALPH. Kelsey is our Customer Support Technician in the Northwest Region.  She started with Vyve four years ago and is truly an essential part of the team.  Kelsey has been instrumental in bringing new residential neighborhood builds to our Tech Ops team. She collects addresses for our field team to ensure Vyve will be the best provider to the new homeowners. She and a fellow team member have door tagged over 500 homes, resulting in multiple new subscribers. A co-worker said this about her, “she is a leader in the Moses Lake office and takes on anything that gets handed to her from the management team.  She does all these tasks seamlessly! Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – DOTTIE DURDEN from our Swainsboro, GA retail office. Dottie has worked for Vyve for over 19 years and is known for her upbeat attitude and contagious laugh. She consistently goes above and beyond to help customers regardless of the task at hand. Dottie is well known in the local community and loved by many. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – CURT CONDIT.  Curt has been Vyve’s Technical Operations Manager in the Northwest Region for nearly 24 years.  He is incredibly diligent in his role and is always there for his team and fellow employees. He is known to step in to help wherever he can and is remarkable at finding solutions to help improve our service.  Curt paves the way for others by being a team leader with a ‘can do’ attitude.  His positive demeanor is contagious and is one of the biggest reasons he is always able to achieve the seemingly impossible. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – THEA COWSKY. Thea is Vyve’s Retail Sales Supervisor in our Northwest region. She consistently goes above and beyond for our customers and her fellow employees. She is known for her positive attitude, genuine demeanor and commitment to helping those around her.  She has demonstrated ‘getting results’ for her customers and will do everything she can to assist and make sure they receive the best customer service. One co-worker said, “Thea’s positive energy and dedication to Vyve is admirable.  She is like the Energizer Bunny, she goes and goes and goes.” Outside of work, Thea is an avid animal lover and has three rescue dogs. She also enjoys photography with a strong focus on macro images. She is on the Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce Executive Board of Directors, North County Chamber of Commerce Board, VP of the Mt. Shasta Visitor’s Center, Mt. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – APRIL HAIRR.  April is a Business Account Executive in the Southeast region.  She is known to go above and beyond for our customers.  Recently, there was a tornado in Swainsboro, GA and it was all hands on deck.  When a customer had questions an hour away from Swainsboro, April drove to that business customer and called the technician to assist her, step by step, over the phone. This business customer was astounded by the teamwork and dedication from Team Vyve.  A co-worker had this to share, “April brings passion to every opportunity that she runs across. Her enthusiasm to succeed is a testament to her exemplary work ethic. April maintains very high standards and is very consistent in her results. Meet this week’s VYVERS OF THE WEEK – NATHAN GARNES, RANDY HORN, JARROD MATHEWS & STEPHEN WOLDT.  Each of these Vyver’s is committed to responsive service and continuous improvement of processes and projects to best serve our customers. Randy and Stephen operate behind the scenes and are dedicated to the quality of service we provide our customers. They work tirelessly to serve those who serve our customers. Nathan is willing and able to jump in and assist wherever and whenever needed. Jarrod is the first to respond to any type of emergency or natural disaster. Together, this team works tirelessly well into the evening to keep our customers connected even during devastating storms and catastrophic events. During the late evening of Wednesday, May 4, a devastating tornado ripped through central Seminole OK, the home of one our first Fiber Access Networks (FANs). Jarrod drove several hours to and from Dallas to pick up a large mobile Wi-Fi trailer from Ruckus which was deployed in downtown Seminole. Together, this team worked well into the evening to tie in this unit to our fiber network and provide services. This allowed local businesses to continue operating and residents continue to do schoolwork, work from home, connect with relatives and stay connected with those around them during this devastating time.  Thank you Nathan (far left), Randy (left center), Jarrod (right center) and Stephen (far right), for demonstrating outstanding teamwork and dedication to our customers, communities and co-workers.

Kyle Gage

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – KYLE GAGE. Kyle is Vyve’s Southeast Inventory Control Specialist. He is known to wear many hats around the local office and in the field. He is very attentive to the needs of the technicians as well as the front counter representatives. He ensures they all have a stock of equipment available. Kyle can be counted on to assist customers with general technical questions as well as questions about installs, service calls, and equipment, in addition to going in the field assisting the technicians with on-site service calls and/or equipment delivery and pickup. One co-worker said this about Kyle, “he has a contagiously positive attitude when assisting customers and co-workers alike, as well as in expanding his knowledge and experience in many different roles to further his career within the company and in volunteer opportunities within the community.”

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – KYLE DRUMMOND.  Kyle is our Marketing Manager located in Rye Brook, NY. He is known for being a dedicated team player who is knowledgeable and skilled at handling complex projects. Kyle consistently juggles multiple projects to support our entire organization and goes out of his way to support his teammates and fellow Vyve employees. He manages many large marketing initiatives, always seeing his projects through to the end. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – AGUSTIN ALVARADO.  Agustin is our Broadband Specialist in Mexia, TX, and has been a loyal and hardworking employee for 9 years. He is SCTE certified as a Business Class Services Specialist.  His co-workers say Agustin is a Jack-of-all-trades serving as an installer, service technician, and business services installation specialist. Agustin’s commitment to customer service is evident to management and his coworkers.  One of our customers shared this about him, “The customer service is phenomenal! The technician that came out today is always honest and helpful. He even knows where my husband works and tells him updates when he sees him at his job. Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – SARA SANTILLAN.  Sara is a Sales Associate in our Corsicana, TX local office and has been a loyal and hardworking employee for 8 ½ years. She is a critical thinker and always strives to find the best solution for any challenges, earning her the nickname of “Sherlock” in the Midsouth offices. Daniel Austin

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – DANIEL AUSTIN. Daniel is part of the IT Support team in Shawnee, OK for the better part of the last two years. He is resourceful to the Helpdesk from building/deploying computers, taking calls, answering emails, triaging tickets, and onsite assistance. One of his co-workers said “Daniel is dedicated to his role, day in and day out. He is always putting in more than his 40, to keep everyone in production. He never backs down from a challenge.”  In addition, Daniel has completed over 50 computer builds since the start of the New Year all while continuing to work with users on the phone and in person. Outside of work, Daniel is studying for his IT certifications, and he’s working on automating his home, he also enjoys camping and watching movies. Keep up the great work, Daniel! Tyffanye Hipp

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – TYFFANYE HIPP. Tyffanye has been over our Call Center in Corsicana for 11 years!  She is known for her multi-tasking skills and for leading the team with knowledge, confidence, and excellent communication skills. The team says she is a strong leader and a great role model.  One of her co-workers said “she has been my mentor for years and has taught me excellent customer service skills. She has helped me improve and grow with the company.”

This week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK is CORLIS CALVIN, our Customer Experience Supervisor in the Midsouth Region. Corlis consistently goes above and beyond for our customers and her fellow employees. She is known for her positive attitude, genuine demeanor and dedication to helping those around her. Her fellow employees say they are grateful for her thorough training and for always going the extra mile for our customers. Customers frequently stop by the Vyve store to see Corlis and even bring her homemade treats. In addition to her role at Vyve, Corlis will graduate at the end of January from Western Governor’s University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  She is the Vice President of Mexia’s Economic Development Corp. and Site Lead for the Mobile Food Pantry Ministry.  Corlis is very active with her church and has a passion for singing, especially in her church choir.

Bart Hudgins

Meet this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK – BART HUDGINS. Bart is Vyve’s Technical Operations Manager out of Reform, AL. His co-workers describe him as being incredibly resourceful and loyal. In 2021, Bart worked in commercial sales, installed fiber-hosted phones, managed technical operations, and assisted with upgrade scheduling and maintenance. Meet DERICK TONEY – this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK! Derick is a Broadband Associate in the Mid-south Region and is known for going above and beyond to help our customers. Meet BRANDON FOUTS  – this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK!  Brandon serves as Vvye’s Network Operations Center Supervisor. Brandon has been a critical component of our NOC, and his dedication to his role and our customers is admired by everyone who works with him. Brandon is the first to volunteer for any project and always sees it through to the end. In addition to his work on the NOC, Brandon’s co-workers raved about his limitless passion for assisting and teaching others with an ever-present smile. Brandon’s leisure time is spent with his daughter on long bike rides, and he enjoys getting lost in home improvement projects. Thank you, Brandon, for being truly committed to always being there to lend a hand to your fellow employees and our customers.

 

Madison Williams

Meet MADISON WILLIAMS – This week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK!  Madison is our Customer Experience Trainer in Shawnee, OK. Madison consistently goes above and beyond to train and support new Vyve employees with enthusiasm and compassion. Her thorough curriculum, hands-on training style, and consistent support during the onboarding experience is respected and admired by both attendees and management. Her fellow employees shared this about her, “Madison makes sure we have the tools and knowledge to complete the job successfully and confidently. She has truly made each of us feel important as people and to the Vyve team. Meet TIFFANY SCOTT – this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK! She is from our Statesboro, GA retail office. Tiffany has worked for Vyve for over 2 years and is known for her professional demeanor and positive attitude. She consistently goes above and beyond to help customers regardless of the task at hand. Customers frequently visit Tiffany in the local office just to see her contagious smile. Her sincere, engaging and friendly attitude is remarkable and a perfect example of Vyve’s 100/0 customer service mindset. Tony Kuta

Meet TONY KUTA – this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK! He is part of Vyve’s Engineering Team and is based out of Corsicana, TX. He travels regularly throughout the Midsouth region and goes above and beyond, regardless of the job or task at hand. With over 20 years of experience in the cable industry, Tony has a passion for helping customers and his fellow employees while maintaining a humble and friendly attitude. Tony played a crucial role this past year during the aftermath of Hurricane Laura in Louisiana. After the devastation of the storm Tony traveled to Westlake, LA and stayed there for a month to help his fellow Vyve employees restore service to customers. Internet service was critical to helping Westlake residents return to normal life, and Tony was instrumental in working to get people re-connected. Tony’s leisure time is spent fishing, riding his motorcycle and enjoying time with his wife and son. Tony has also been a firefighter since 1998, even serving as Fire Chief for NCESD. Thank you Tony, for your unwavering dedication to our customers and the communities we serve.

Rachel Cooley

Meet RACHEL COOLEY- this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK! Rachel Cooley is from our Westlake, LA retail office. Rachel consistently goes above and beyond to support our customers, even helping after hours to ensure customer satisfaction. Recently, one customer she helped was so appreciative for her efforts that she baked Rachel a homemade strawberry pie along with a hand-written thank you note which she delivered it to the local office. Rachel’s passion for customer service is evident. Join us in congratulating Rachel on 100/0 customer service and going the extra mile. Thanks for everything you do, Rachel!

Sterling Johnson

Meet STERLING JOHNSON- this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK! Sterling is dedicated to his Midsouth Field Operations role and is always going above and beyond to help wherever and whenever he can. He’s been around the whole Midsouth region to ensure our customers stay connected.
In just the last few weeks, he’s driven to Corsicana, TX to repair customer’ services, then the following day drove to East Arkansas to work on one of our towers. The same week he went to Cache, OK to resolve a tower issue and keep customers connected. Sterling’s commitment to customer service is evident in his dedication to resolving customer impacting issues as quickly as possible. He is a critical part of our operations team.
Outside of work, Sterling enjoys spending time with his family, remodeling his home and working on vehicles. He also enjoys spending time on the lake, hunting and being outdoors. Thank you for all you do Sterling and congratulations on your 7 years with us!

John Bentley

Meet JOHN BENTLEY- this week’s VYVER OF THE WEEK! He’s a Broadband Professional for the Southeast Field Operations and is an excellent example of a leader following the Vyve 100/0. (100% of the time, take responsibility for yourself & the company, & there are zero excuses not to deliver outstanding customer service)
Recently, John traveled from Clemson, SC, to Highlands, NC, due to an outage during a severe rainstorm in the area. He successfully restored services, then arrived home late that night to his family. One of the customers affected reached out to Vyve’s CEO to let him know how much he appreciated John’s efforts. He said, “He was competent, friendly, engaging, and unperturbed to have been called into service late at night in the middle of a rainstorm.” This customer was also impressed with the call from Vyve the following morning to check on their services.
Thank you, John, for your thoroughness and dedication to Team Vyve! John’s been in the cable industry since 2007. When John is not helping customers, he spends time with his wife and dog and volunteers as a firefighter. He was a firefighter for over 30 years, including serving in the Air Force and Savannah Fire Department. John explained, “I love knowing I made a difference in someone’s day & life and maybe even saved a life.”
