4:40 PM CDT – Impairments on our transport vendors’ networks are being investigated. We have escalated these issues to the highest level and are working closely with our vendors to ensure the quickest resolution possible. There is no ETR at this time.
3:00 PM CDT – We are aware of an outage affecting services in your area. Technicians have been dispatched and engineers are investigating. There is no ETR at this time.
