4/2 08:15 – Repair efforts are still underway. There is no ETR at this time.

4/2 06:15 – Crews are onsite working to repair damage caused by a field fire. There is no ETR at this time.

4/1 23:30 – Our 3rd party transport provider has located the fiber fault. Fiber crews have been dispatched to start repairs. No ETR at this time.

4/1 21:00 – Our 3rd party transport provider has declared this outage to be part of a higher level event.  Their technician has arrived on site and is currently investigating.

4/1 20:30 – We are aware of an outage affecting services in your area. Technicians have been dispatched and engineers are investigating.  There is no ETR at this time.
