Shawnee, OK – December 8, 2025 — Vyve Broadband is proud to celebrate five outstanding leaders recognized today at Cablefax’s Most Powerful Women event in New York City. These honorees represent the best of our industry, leaders who embody resilience, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to empowering others.

Three Vyve executives were honored individually for their leadership, impact, and contributions to the broadband industry:

  • Melanie Hannasch, Chief Operating Officer
  • Marie Censoplano, Chief Legal Officer & SVP – Content Acquisition
  • Angela Conklin, SVP, Human Resources

In addition to their individual recognition, Melanie HannaschJulia McElwee, VP Contact Center Operations, and Tyffanye Hipp, Sr. Director of Customer Experience Operations, were collectively named a Cablefax Power Team, celebrating their exceptional collaboration, operational excellence, and people-first leadership.

These women represent the heart of Vyve Broadband’s mission; championing progress, strengthening communities, and lifting others as they lead. Across their departments, they consistently go beyond their day-to-day responsibilities, mentoring colleagues, championing women across the telecommunications industry, and strengthening the culture of support and opportunity within Vyve.

Their influence can be felt across the company. From transformative customer experience initiatives and operational leadership, to cross-functional teamwork and community support, these leaders set the tone for what it means to serve with integrity, empathy, and determination. Their teams describe them as role models, leaders who listen, encourage, challenge, and inspire.

Shawnee, OK — July 8, 2025 — Vyve Broadband, a leading provider of high-speed internet, TV, and phone services across 16 states, today announced a new partnership with Accelecom, a premier fiber solutions provider based in Louisville, KY, to enhance and expand broadband access across Georgia.

As part of Vyve’s continued investment in building a stronger digital future for rural and underserved communities, the company will utilize Accelecom’s next-generation fiber network to upgrade and expand its backbone infrastructure across 14 Georgia markets. This strategic collaboration will enable Vyve to reach more residents and businesses with faster, more reliable broadband service.

Rye Brook, NY — May 19, 2025 — Vyve Broadband is pleased to announce the promotion of Melanie Hannasch to Chief Operating Officer. In her new role, Hannasch will oversee customer care, field services, dispatch, and regional operations, leading a large and diverse team focused on delivering seamless service and exceptional customer experiences.

Hannasch brings two decades of experience in the telecommunications and broadband industry, including a track record of transformational leadership at Vyve. As Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, she led the modernization of Vyve’s care operations, enhanced digital tools for frontline teams, and championed a people-first approach to service delivery.

“Melanie’s leadership has been a driving force behind many of our most impactful operational improvements,” said Andy Parrott, President and CEO of Vyve Broadband. “She understands our customers, our field teams, and the heart of our business. Her ability to blend strategic focus with genuine care makes her uniquely equipped to lead this next chapter as COO.”

In 2024, Hannasch was named one of Cablefax’s Most Powerful Women in recognition of her contributions to customer experience and operational strategy. She is a frequent speaker on remote workforce leadership, care innovation, and empathy in executive management. “I’m honored to step into this role and continue building on the foundation we’ve laid,” said Hannasch. “I believe in the power of operational excellence to change the customer experience—and I believe in our people. Rye Brook, NY — May 5, 2025 — Vyve Broadband, a leading provider of high-speed internet and voice services for communities across the country, today announced the appointment of Guy McCormick as Senior Vice President of Engineering. Effective immediately, McCormick will lead all facets of Vyve’s engineering and network operations, including backbone infrastructure, design and construction, purchasing, logistics, and compliance. He will report directly to Vyve President and CEO Andy Parrott.

Bringing more than 30 years of experience in broadband engineering and operations, McCormick joins Vyve during a critical phase of growth and innovation. He plans to spend significant time in the field across Vyve’s footprint to ensure the company’s technology and infrastructure meet and exceed customers’ and communities’ expectations.

As a key member of Vyve’s executive leadership team, McCormick will drive strategic initiatives such as fiber expansion, DOCSIS network upgrades, and next-generation service enhancements, helping to advance Vyve’s mission of delivering best-in-class broadband experiences.

McCormick previously served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Cox Communications, where he held various leadership roles during his tenure. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from East Carolina University. A recognized leader in the industry, he was inducted into the Cable Television Pioneers in 2018 and most recently served as Chairman of the Board for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).
