Shawnee, OK – August 11, 2025— Vyve Broadband (“Vyve”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Bird as the company’s new Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this role, Bird will oversee Vyve’s customer acquisition strategy, brand development, community engagement, and marketing efforts across its national footprint.

A seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience, Bird brings deep expertise in global brand development, go-to-market strategy, and data-driven marketing. Most recently, he served as Director of Go-to-Market Strategy & Integrated Marketing Planning at AT&T, where his leadership drove 1.7 million wireless net adds, 1 million fiber net adds, and approximately 27% revenue growth in 2024.

He has also held senior leadership roles at American Airlines, where he directed global marketing communications, brand activation, and a $30 million sponsorship portfolio that included marquee partnerships with SoFi Stadium and the Dallas Cowboys

He succeeds Melanie Hannasch, who previously served as SVP of Sales & Marketing before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer earlier this year.
