In this role, Hodits will oversee operations, sales, and customer experience for the region. He will work closely with local teams to drive operational excellence, ensure network reliability, and continue delivering the high-quality broadband experience Vyve customers expect.

Hodits brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in broadband and telecommunications industry, along with four years of distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps. He joins Vyve from Comcast, where he most recently served as Director of Field Operations, overseeing daily installation and network maintenance for 13 management areas across four states. In his role, he led a team of more than 450 employees and managed key initiatives including customer fulfillment, plant maintenance, fleet management, market expansion, and rural broadband builds in collaboration with state officials.

Throughout his career, Hodits has developed a reputation for leading cultural change, launching new products, and driving operational consistency across large, multi-state teams. His background also includes multiple leadership and technical roles at Time Warner Cable, where he managed dispatch operations, field teams, preventive maintenance, and customer advocacy.

Hodits began his professional journey in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Platoon Sergeant and Tool Room NCO. During his military service, he led over 30 missions during Operation Enduring Freedom, maintained a 99% readiness rate for personnel and equipment, and oversaw the accountability of $10 million in specialized government tools and equipment.
