Shawnee, Oklahoma – April 20, 2026 – Vyve Broadband today announced the appointment of Melanie Hannasch, Chief Operating Officer, and Guy McCormick, Senior Vice President of Engineering, as Co-Presidents of the company, effective immediately.
This leadership transition follows the departure of Andy Parrott, who has led the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. The company extends its sincere appreciation to Parrott for his leadership and contributions and wishes him continued success in his next chapter.
Hannasch and McCormick bring deep operational and technical expertise to their new roles and will jointly lead Vyve into its next phase, focused on strengthening infrastructure, enhancing customer experience, and expanding access to high-speed connectivity in the communities it serves.
