This leadership transition follows the departure of Andy Parrott, who has led the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. Effective immediately, McCormick will lead all facets of Vyve’s engineering and network operations, including backbone infrastructure, design and construction, purchasing, logistics, and compliance. He will report directly to Vyve President and CEO Andy Parrott.

Bringing more than 30 years of experience in broadband engineering and operations, McCormick joins Vyve during a critical phase of growth and innovation. McCormick previously served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Cox Communications, where he held various leadership roles during his tenure. A recognized leader in the industry, he was inducted into the Cable Television Pioneers in 2018 and most recently served as Chairman of the Board for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).
